First of all, let me tell you why I have created this site. Even better, let me tell you the way I was felling some time ago and what made me create this. As I was studying in the university and working at the same time, I really did not have time left to workout or perform any kind of sport. Suddenly I turned 25 and I started developing this unpleasant tummy. When I was younger I did lots of sports, so I was used to having a good athletic body but all of the sudden I did not. And before even knowing it, I wasn’t felling so happy about my body, and that fact in one way or another was making me feel bad.
It’s not like I was obsessed or anything, It’s just the “Oh I can’t wear that shirt because of my stomach” and stuff like that (All of you I know you know what I mean). So I started reading about exercises, routines, miracle machines to loss weight, and shape the abs. After a while I realized that there were a lot of misconceptions about exercising, taking care of the body, ways to reduce fat, eating habits, you name it!. So I went deeper into the subject, learned what was good for the body, which was the best way to actually perform the exercises. And of course all this taking under consideration that I am not a body builder so I had to find out an effective and healthy way to make all of this to work for a common guy, like you and me.
So after reading a lot, learning and regaining my sixpack and also the confidence in myself, I’ve decide to share all that I’ve learned with you.

My conclusion:

 

Thousands of internet sites will tell you to make like 25000 crunches a day in order to be the happy owner of a perfect sixpack abs. You will read in some other places that running with lots of clothes on will help you reduce fat faster. They will tell you to starve to death. Let me tell you that most of this “advices” they give are not only useless they are even harmful for the body. So besides hurting yourself and making the body suffer you won’t get the results you are looking for. I will tell you why these things and some others are bad for you, I prepared some exercises routines, and I have even created a few calculators that they will tell you where you are standing and how many calories certain activities burn, so you can keep track of your burned calories.
Being all that said I hope you enjoy my site, I really hope all this information can help you or point you into the right direction. Honestly I did this to share what I have learned and my experiences, so I hope you find a good use for all this information.
Remember, the body is the greatest instrument you will ever have.
